Polar Cop's purpose is to serve and provide our customers.
Racism, harassment, toxicity and other similar types of behaviour discourage people from engaging and ultimately diminish the value of our global community.
1.1 Platform manipulation and spam
You may not use Polar Cop's services in a manner intended to artificially amplify or suppress information or engage in behaviour that manipulates or disrupts people's experience on Discord.
You may not engage in the targeted harassment of someone, or incite other people to do so.
This includes wishing or hoping that someone experiences physical harm.
1.3 Hateful conduct
You may not promote violence against, threaten, or harass other people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, caste, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, religious affiliation, age, disability, or severe disease.
This includes harassment, defamation and abusive remarks towards Polar Cop, its owners or employees.
1.4 Sensitive media, including graphic violence and adult content
You may not post media that is excessively gory or share violent or adult content within live video or in profile or header images. Media depicting sexual violence and/or assault is also not permitted.

You may not use our service for any unlawful purpose or in furtherance of illegal activities.

1.6 Third-party advertising
You may not submit, post, or display any content on or through our services, including third-party services such as Discord of ad, sponsorship graphics, surveys, without our prior consent.
This includes any advertising of the following, especially: sites/groups/discord/servers/services/referral links or bots.
1.7 Private information
You may not publish or post other people's private information (such as home phone number and address).
We also prohibit threatening to expose private information or incentivising others to do so.
You may not impersonate individuals, groups, or organisations in a manner that is intended to or does mislead, confuse, or deceive others.
This includes impersonation of Polar Cop employees.
2.1 Reselling and transferring
Reselling of Polar Cop is dependant on various account factors. The only approved method of transfer is via our web service. Please do note; we are not liable for any non-technical faults or issues.
2.2 Account sharing and renting
Account sharing, renting, and any other similar services are strictly prohibited. Anyone found doing so will receive immediate termination of their access to any Polar Cop related services.
2.3 Reverse engineering and security testing
We do not have a bug bounty system and do not allow any form of penetration testing, social engineering or reverse engineering of any of our products and services.
Any account found to have tampered with any security system or circumvent security measures will be terminated without warning. We may pursue legal action.
While we welcome everyone to express themselves on our service, we will not tolerate specific behaviour mentioned in our rules.
Our enforcement philosophy
We strive to understand different sides of an issue, and we only take action upon having an independent body review the situation and provide their feedback.
Thus, context matters. When determining whether to take enforcement action, we may consider several factors.
Does the user have a history of violating our policies?
We start from a position of assuming that people do not intend to violate our Rules. Unless a violation is so egregious that we must immediately suspend an account, we first try to educate people about our Rules and give them a chance to correct their behaviour. If someone repeatedly violates our Rules, then our enforcement actions become stronger. This includes temporarily limiting their ability to use certain functionality of our service or communicating on our discord platform. If someone continues to violate Rules beyond that point, then their account may be permanently suspended.
